Pirate's Dual Artists is a creative community where artists come together to share their work, participate in tournaments, and support each other. To keep this space safe and enjoyable for everyone, we ask all members to follow these guidelines. Violating these rules may result in content removal, warnings, or account suspension.
No NSFW Content
This platform is intended for all ages. The following content is strictly prohibited:
Nudity or sexually explicit content
Suggestive or provocative imagery
Sexual themes or adult content of any kind
Content depicting sexual acts or fetishes
Inappropriate or sexually suggestive comments
⚠️ NSFW content will be immediately removed and may result in a permanent ban.
No Gore or Graphic Violence
We do not allow content that depicts extreme violence or gore:
Realistic depictions of blood, injury, or death
Graphic violence or torture
Dismemberment or mutilation
Self-harm or suicide imagery
Animal cruelty or abuse
Note: Stylized cartoon/game violence appropriate for the pirate theme of our game is generally acceptable, but extreme depictions are not.
Be Respectful
Treat others the way you want to be treated. This includes:
No harassment, bullying, or personal attacks
No hate speech, discrimination, or slurs based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, or disability
No threats or intimidation of any kind
No doxxing or sharing personal information of others
Be constructive with criticism — don't tear others down
Respect different skill levels — everyone starts somewhere
No Spam or Scams
Keep the community clean and trustworthy:
No excessive self-promotion or advertising
No repetitive or low-effort posts
No phishing, scams, or fraudulent schemes
No impersonating other users, artists, or staff
No manipulation of votes or engagement (vote brigading)
No using multiple accounts to circumvent rules
Original Content Only
Respect intellectual property and creative work:
Only submit artwork that you created yourself
Do not steal, trace, or heavily copy other artists' work
Give proper credit when using references or inspiration
Do not claim AI-generated art as your own (where prohibited)
Respect copyrights and trademarks
Reporting Violations
Help us keep the community safe:
Use the report button on posts or profiles that violate these guidelines
Provide context when reporting to help our moderation team
Do not abuse the report system for personal vendettas

Consequences
Violating these guidelines may result in:
Warning: First-time or minor violations
Content Removal: Offending posts will be removed
Temporary Ban: Repeated or serious violations
Permanent Ban: Severe violations or repeated offenses
We use AI moderation to automatically detect and remove inappropriate content. If your content is flagged, you will receive an email notification explaining the reason.
