1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Pirate's Dual Artists platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.
2. User Accounts
You must authenticate through Steam or Google to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
3. Content Guidelines
When submitting artwork or participating in tournaments, you agree that:
- All submissions must be your original work
- Content must not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks
- No explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content is allowed
- AI-generated art may be restricted in certain tournaments
- You retain ownership of your artwork but grant the Developer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your artwork in-game or for promotional purposes, regardless of whether the artwork wins a tournament.
4. Tournaments & Prizes
Tournament participation is subject to the following:
- Prize amounts and distribution are determined by individual tournament rules
- USDC/USDT prizes require a valid wallet address for distribution
- We reserve the right to disqualify entries that violate rules
- Prize distribution may take up to 14 days after tournament conclusion
- Tax obligations for winnings are the responsibility of the recipient
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Create multiple accounts to manipulate voting
- Use bots or automated tools to interact with the platform
- Harass, bully, or threaten other users
- Submit plagiarized or stolen artwork
- Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
